I use photoshop on a daily basis & I don't see the tell-tale signs of photo manipulation. The noise is uniform throughout when I zoomed in. There is no subtle patterns from using the clone brush. If the breasts were blown up, they would be slightly more blur as well as the grain. Warping her waist would have blurred the edges more, etc. I do think she's had a boob job though. Her big boobs were not the reason why I posted the pic though.

AND thank goodness because her real boobs are beautiful and perfectly balanced for her frame. Much nicer than the ghastly balloon boob photoshop job. Why mess with perfection?
