Were you thinking of a vibrating dildo or more like a massager? I don't know much about insertable vibrators, but the Wahl massager is a very nice wall-powered unit that's fairly quiet. It's been a long time since I looked at the price but I don't think it was much more than $20, maybe it was $25.
