Well, today is the day. The last day of my first full year of college. My last two finals are this morning, and I am a but worried about them, but I should do okay... I know I havn't been around much, but I do have good news! I was elected secretary of my shool's branch of the Anime Club (pritty god for a lowly freshman ^_^). Umm... what else has happened that's all bright and sunny? Oh yeah! With some hard work, on my part, I should be off of accidemic probation by the end of the semester. That is the main reason why I havn't been around much.

Now for the grim, gooie, don't want to talk about stuff...

My cousin passed away earlier in the week. He was eighteen years old, and the funniest kid you would ever meet. His wake was last night, and I can honstly say that I have never seen so many people in one place crying. There had to be at least three-hundred people at the funeral home last night, and more are expected to be at the funeral home today. Unfortuntally I have to miss the funeral because it falls when I will be taking my last final today.

I hate to say it, but I am actually glad that I'm not going to the funeral. Watching adults cry like that is not the place I want to be in. I know it sounds selfish of me to say that, but the last time I saw a n adult cry was when we waked my grandmother. I never want to relive that, but unforntally that is the way the world goes, you know?

Good luck on your finals, whomever you are.

You should reconsider going to the funeral; teachers are very understand of these situations, and it tends to make death easier to deal with. It's all part of the grieving process, no matter how hard it may seem.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
