Duke University To Broadcast Islamic Call To Prayer On Fridays…

DURHAM, N.C. — A weekly call to prayer for Muslims will be heard at Duke University starting Friday, school officials said.
Members of the Duke Muslim Students Association will chant the call, known as adhan or azan, from the Duke Chapel bell tower each Friday at 1 p.m. The call to prayer will last about three minutes and be “moderately amplified,” officials said in a statement Tuesday.
“The adhan is the call to prayer that brings Muslims back to their purpose in life, which is to worship God, and serves as a reminder to serve our brothers and sisters in humanity,” said Imam Adeel Zeb, Muslim chaplain at Duke. “The collective Muslim community is truly grateful and excited about Duke’s intentionality toward religious and cultural diversity.”
In majority Muslim countries across the globe, the adhan is broadcast from mosques and on television and radio stations five times a day to correspond with prayer times. On Fridays, the day of worship in Islam, sermons are also broadcast.

...that most atheists and the majority of progressives on this Board despise Christianity to such a degree that they consider Islam in a more benevolent light - not because of anything to do with Islam itself, but all because they view Islam as a staunch rival to Christianity.
Thus, when an enemy of their enemy is enabled to publicly call to jumuʿah prayer on one of the most progressive campuses in America...
...they utter not a peep.
Not a word of their usual God hate talk, not a word of their view about how God has no place in a secular education setting, not a word of banning this Islamic ritual which will reach the ears of virtually everyone on campus each Friday...
...not a peep because it allows Christianity to be slighted further.

No public school campus in the entire nation prohibits christian prayer, directly violating 1A rights as far as I know....can you ID one?
That's because you and your christian homies don't understand the difference between praying, and teaching your religion as a historically accurate reference and scientific fact.

No public school that I am aware of pipes prayer through the public address system.
Duke is private, not public. Specifically, Methodist. I doubt even they pipe prayers through the PA. Making specially accommodating Muslim calls to prayer especially interesting.
