I'm gonna be TV and internetless for about a fortnight, just bought a house and that's how long the fuckers are telling me it's gonna take to connect the net, so I'm gonna d/l a shitload of films beforehand to keep me going. Any suggestions?

True Grit...both of them.

I heard Kodak filed for bankruptcy. I'm not sure if they still make Fuji. Cell phone cameras have been hard on the film industry.

You're moving into a new house, and all you want to do is watch TV?

I'm going to be painting, putting in a new kitchen and reflooring the whole upstairs. But I want something to relax with in the evenings.

Game of Thrones is pretty good. I've enjoyed watching the series.

Heard a review of that on the radio yesterday. I like Wes Anderson, might just treat myself next weekend.

ETA: Jesus, the cast list is amazing.

you should. i'm just hoping it comes to my state before it goes to dvd. i really can't go to chicago just to watch a movie and it's unlikely to make it to tpb any time soon.

and that's enough bitching. about the only suggestion i have is to look up rifftrax on piratebay and grab up some of the synced movies there. good shit. they even make twilight somewhat bearable.

Nothing could make Twilight bearable. But you did remind me that I haven't seen Rushmore in forever, added to the TPB list.
