Feminity - defined?

OK, what do you think of as "feminine"? How do you define feminity?

A look, a feeling, physical characteristics, mannerisms, clothing? What makes you look at someone and say they are "feminine"?

This one's gonna take some thought. I have friends whom I consider feminine, who do not fit the typical mold.

I can feel feminine in heels, stockings, garter... well you get the picture, but also when I'm on the lake fishing, or riding horses.

I think it is more of a state of mind than anything tangible. You have to own your femininity, which for me also means enjoying your intelligence, your wit... everything about yourself.
