Help! I was 14 yrs old raped by woman.

Hello. I'd like to explain an incident that happened 5 years ago. Please this is a serious issue.

I just turned 14 yrs old and to make a long story short, this woman (who I'll refer to as "Jane"). I became her friend. One afternoon coming back from the mall, me, Janes and her sister & her fiance stopped at a store, her sister bought some strawberry daiquiris, which at the time I didn't know was rum/alcoholic. And they handed me several to drink. And dropped me and Jane off down at the pool area where I live and she served me Vodka and sprite and I must have passed out drunk, I know my mom wasn't home. Because I found myself back at my room, Jane brought me there. She was giving me oral sex and afterwards intercourse. After this she left before my mom got home. I didn't feel right about this. But I never said anything to my mom, nor anyone else.

Later my father visited. And he started to ask me why Jane is stopping by asking for me. He told her to stay away and evenutally found her familys phone # after Janes family had discovered this, they had Jane in 72 hr Baker act under psychiatric evaluation at a local hospital when she was released she would still sneak around and get my friends to knock on the door to call me out and I told her this wasn't going to work. And she didn't go for this ever since I told her she went totally beserk! Jane called me a week later and she told me she was pregnant and that I would have to explain this to her child! (keep in mind I'm 14 yrs old). And ever since I've tried to call back to find out about this, she would just say don't ever call again! click.

few months later, I moved out of town (350 miles away) to my father house. And 1 yr past, Now I start getting paternity testing/court papers from out there. I didn't know what to do, my father evenutally found about this. He told me the State of FL allow cannot allow a minor to pay for an adult's child. Though the legal battle has gone on for years, I have +50 court papers, countless legal threats. This has now gone on up until Feb 01. The courts waited on my 18th birthday to make a default judgement of paternity. And they say I owe $5,000 in back child support payments! And that if I don't start making some money and pay they're going to take action against me.

I've just completed High school, I'm 19 now. I have no job training, or money. And I'm caring for my mother who is terminally ill on disability.

Jane (an adult) committed a statuory rape against me did she not? She contribeD to delinquency of a minor, I was 14 yrs at the time, she got me drunk, had sex with me and now I have to pay for her child? Isn't this a great deal for her.

PLEASE I need help, any legal advice, or support. I'm losing my mind here! All this court papers and threats, for these last couple years my life has been beyond miserable! I haven't had another relationship with a woman since, Jane has really done a good job of disrupting my life!

What I don't understand is why wouldn't the authorities have thrown her ass in jail for statutory rape as soon as she finished filling out those files and they got done reviewing what she filled out? I mean, isn't there a category on the paper for the age of the alleged father? She had to have filled out all kinds of his personal information for the summons to reach his address and stuff. I don’t get it (assuming the story is on the up and up of course).
