A very talented and tough and beautiful female prosecutor has known for unbuttoning a button or flirting for evidence in a case or two. She is now faced with prosecuting a man that has been harming women for years. All eyes on her to put him away. Her normal tricks don't work as the criminal is good. she ends up going to far by showing to much and now must do as the criminal says or he will expose her to all. He fucks her, makes her wear short skirts and she is humiliated when she has to lose the case and let him go free. Anyone would like to write something similar?

I find the idea seriously improbable. A talented lawyer wouldn't stoop to flashing a bit of cleavage to unsettle a witness or suspect. And if she's "known" for it how would the criminal be exposing her? And how is a jailed criminal going to fuck the prosecutor?

Maybe the lawyer has a dark side. That she's been able to hide. Until the criminal's lawyers have her followed and find her heading into an underground BDSM club. It takes a while for them to get someone on the inside, another woman perhaps who can video it.

When the opposing side invites her to a meeting to discuss a plea deal, they reveal their leverage. Knowing not only the case, but her entire career is in jeopardy, she has to agree to a ridiculous plea deal and one additional detail.

Five years later, the criminal is released, and she has to submit herself for his enjoyment. He takes all five years of waiting out on her beautiful body. It would be BDSM category at best, non-con at worst.

Oh heck yes... I have a lot of attorneys in my family so I have written quite a bit about using the EXTREMELY exacting dress code at courts in little ways to manipulate outcomes.

One story starts out with a prosecutor trying to find out why a man was charged with human trafficking. In going to the jail, she finds out he is a photographer that makes money taking public nude photos of models. An overzealous cop levels a very stiff charge against him. She lets him go, but homeless, he wants a bed and food for the weekend. Having compassion, she puts him up in a hotel, but along the way, her own exhibitionist feelings are piqued and she starts to feel alive as she takes food delivery fully naked in her hotel room, pumps gas into her car naked, and other exhibitionist flaunts. In the end, he tries to blackmail her, but then realizes her county is already sanctuary city for public nude art.

While not exactly a prosecutor, I wrote a story on a woman on a parole board who gets a letter in the mail anonymously saying a very violent inmate is coming up for parole, but seems to always get out, even though he is a violent predator. She investigates and realizes the man is violent, should not be on the streets, but has people in high places that let him get out. Realizing what all his victims were wearing when he attacked them, she wears the same clothes of short skirt, high heels, pantyhose, and anklet to the hearing, and teases him unbeknownst to the others on the parole board. Eventually its too much, and he tries for her, resulting in him NOT being paroled. Its then discovered that a guard sent her the letter, as the two strike up a romantic relationship after joining forces to keep society safe.

In a non-erotic, mainstream published novel, it starts out with an attorney who has a little higher heels and shorter skirt than what is allowed in court as she presents a frivolous product liability lawsuit. Her stunt backfires when surveillance video clearly shows it was NOT the car seat manufactures fault, but inattentiveness by her husband that ended in the death of her son and husband. Called to chambers, she is threatened with disbarment for her antics... or become a guardian-at-litem. This sets her on a whole new trajectory of life where she ends up adopting the foster children she protected in that capacity...
