I second that idea of the showerhead. More specifically, a shower massager with a long water line on it so that she can lie down in the shower and use the pulsating head on her clit. My Suggestion

You might try to tell her to start by fantasizing. It will help her get into the mood. If she doesnt have a fantasy then tell her to remember the last time she has sex.
