You can actually send yourself a PM with all these sorts of links in it. As you need to update it, you simply reply to yourself and delete the old. Not that I have a problem with a public log, or anything.

Have you tried cloud storage, like dropbox or boxnet, or the app Evernote, where you can access your docs or files from any device or location? They're all free..Evernote is good for pure links and clipping links. I have a hard time with the idea of trying to find links in a hurry from Lit as Lit can be slow as a turtle frequently or it has the tendency to crash unexpectedly for hours...

Chiming in with a big "hell yeah" for Evernote! I love it - so much so that I pay for their premium account ($45/year). Mostly for the increased upload allowance.

I'm fairly new to Evernote so havent't used it much yet but I can see where it would be a big help to a lot of people. What do use it for mainly and do you use it for hoth personal and work-related things?

It's all personal, but I've seen blog posts on the Evernote site, describing how people use EN in their professional lives.

I'm gradually trying to go paperless (as much as possible), so I'm putting everything I can into Evernote: recipes, scans of receipts I need to keep, some health information (ie my kids' shot records, articles and handouts from the pediatrician), beauty tips/articles from magazines, craft ideas and tutorials, etc. There's a plethora of stuff you can keep track of. I like that I can access my stuff anywhere I have internet connectivity. I also like that you can download Evernote to either your desktop or your laptop and that it syncs with the web version. This way, even if the internet goes out (for instance, in a storm), I can still get to all my notes.
