I have just submitted a tale I am really not happy with.
I am hoping for some plot related advice, then I intend to resubmit it.
I thought the story would be simple and short when I began it, but instead it bloated like anything and still didn't get the effect I wanted. Mainly I am looking for advice on how to trim it down and make it more powerful in the process.

Oh.. and it is not really a ch.2. The editor put that but it is more of a sequel, with two totally different main characters and written in a different person. If possible I will change that on the submission, or add a note somewhere.
