I just received an e-mail from someone named Marc (bocalaffer@gmail.com), who says he read two chapters from my ongoing novel, 'Camilla', and likes them. He wants permission to post my chapters on his website, which he says has a large erotic story library. Naturally, I'm interested; of course, I also need to know more about him.

He claims that, over the past two months, he's received permission from other Literotica authors to post their stories on his website. Can anybody here corroborate what he says? Is he legitimate, or is he a thief of other people's work? I will be deeply thankful to anybody who can tell me.

Not ure if it is the same guy, but a couple of weeks ago people were posting of someone asking permission to do this.

I think the fact he is asking permission says something about him, as most sites just steal them.

It's your choice of course, but I see no harm in it as you're already giving it away here.

Just make sure he is keeping your name with it.

He's not a thief if he asks permission and then abides by the writer's decision. Did you look at his site, and its TOS?

ask him to forward a request for confirmation to some of his other authors.

I heard from this same guy. So far, I haven't answered. He's apparently not a thief, because he is asking, and I did see his site. He looks like a competitor to Lit., so I'm dubious about giving permission, but I might anyhow, for the exposure, if I need any more than what I get here.
