Feedback/contact not received

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has had problems with receiving feedback or contacting other members/authors?
I had suspicions that messages and feedback I was sending was not being received, so I tried sending myself feedback (yes, sad, I know - hey, I'm my greatest fan..) and test contact messages via the member profile. Out of probably ten test messages/feedback only a couple actually got through. The rest have disappeared into the ether..
I've tried several attempts to contact the site support, but it's been weeks now and no response: tried both email and pm and also through the 'contact us' system. Is there anybody out there..? I'm happy to wait for tech response, and I understand the workload must be huge, but could there not be some kind of acknowledgment that an issue has been raised?

It's kind of frustrating to see a pop up saying 'Your message has been successfully sent to ...' and actually it hasn't at all.
Anyone else tried this test?

PM is the best way to contact Manu or Laurel. And you are right about Manu's workload. He's trying to get some upgrades done and they are kicking his ass.

Appreciate the response. Did try a pm but it was weeks ago and still unread. Ah well, life goes on.
I hope things get sorted. Tech support for a site this size seems a heck of a big call for one guy.

In a previous incarnation I've gained a lifelong friend from the feedback/contact facility, it's a shame if it is compromised. Thanks anyway.

Yes, I've been having similar problems.
Perhaps this is why I haven't received any responses, because they never reach their destination.

Yeah, there's some consolation in realising I'm probably not as boring as I was starting to think I was..
Just tried another test; nothing get through.

Testing this myself like the OP did, suggests it’s still an issue..

If that is indeed so, I’d like to hear.
Would safe myself some precious time by not bothering to write-up anything in the personal feedback anymore.

Received my own test message. But it took at least 6hours to deliver to my email inbox.
Wonder why this takes so long.
