Feature request - Only allow Named user voting with comment

I published a few stories as a new author on Literotica and the views and voting on the two short stories was reasonable and I was expecting mostly the same treatment on the much larger piece. To my dismay, within the first 24 hours of it being published it got pounded on by Anonymous internet troll comments probably 10+ times and the vote rating appeared to be suffering at the same exact time intervals as if those internet trolls were 1-starring the story.

So what I am requesting is that only registered users on this site can vote for a story if they:

1. Post a comment
and
2. Not select Anonymous mode

It doesn't need to show how a user voted, just require they commented out of Anonymous mode.

Yeah, that Anonymous guy hates everything I've ever written. Don't ever respond.

You can turn anonymous comments off, either globally or story by story.

But there are other writers here who get as many positive comments from anon as from named account holders. I for one would never turn anon comments off, and would never support a site ban against anons.
