She states with confidence, I am not the subject of the FBI investigation, which is, also a true statement. She is the target of the investigation. (And even that last sentence depends on the meaning of is.)

So, yes, if your sole form of argumentation is "the source" then you have "won" this argument and you can happily relight that joint and look for your next battle to protect the criminal political class.

Either Napolitano is right on the money, the FBI is keeping a lid on it and they are just waiting for orders from uber brass to pull the trigger. Likely at whatever time they think will serve them best by damaging the DNC's bid for the WH.
