Actually, you are the one who needs a civics and history lesson. Here in America, if we disagree with the actions of an elected governmental representative we either work to vote them out of office or we take them to court. We do not immediately start talking about guns and violence or threaten civil war.
That goes for looters, vandals, as well as any other violence-prone person like you. That goes for everybody.
If you don't like the actions of an elected official, vote 'em out or go to court. As to your fee-fees in the last of your quoted paragraphs above, there are medications and therapies available to manage your paranoia.
Now what if he was violating your rights in defiance of the SCOTUS and the police/states were allowing him to do it???
At what point, do you fight back against an executive office holder who is operating illegally and in direct defiance of the courts?
Many people draw the line at having their rights flagrantly violated in defiance of the courts.....you authoritarian (D)'s are flirting with starting a legit civil war by doing so.
