I love rosemary, although it's an herb, not a spice. What is your signature spice or herb?

Vanilla & almond extracts.

I thought you were going to talk about your favorite Spice Girl

Oooohh, I forgot about almond extract. Love that too.

What did he taste like??

Strange, I would have thought that an Herb like that would be somewhat earthy.

Tabasco
Salt
Pepper

Almost anything can be eaten if you have those and add to your meal that has been forced on you or you've chosen/cooked.

I feel the same way about :
salt & pepper
A-1
horseradish
worchestishire, or however you spell it.

Cinnamon and nutmeg...vanilla

and I am fond of jalapeno, curry, cumin and chinese parsley.

Cilantro, rosemary, cumin, cinnamon, vanilla...

I love them all....although, not necessarily in the same dish! :D

Definitely cumin.

I like fresh cilantro, too.

Is garlic a spice, or a food? I guess the way I eat it, it's a food.
I use jalapenos as a spice.
Ginger is great, too.

lemon pepper - anything with pepper in it!

Spice of the GODS and the Wicked Witch of the West:cool:

Oh, I forgot Old Spice - I love Old Spice! *walks away whistling the tune*

My fav is bay leaves or Laurel leaves, it give great taste in a red sauce!
