I like Howard. Opey and An'Tony. Don and Mike. An this midwestern couple that escapes me.

Since you asked

I like a little Howard as well.

G.Gordon Liddy is very good.

One that I don't know if you have it in NYC, Michael Savage, "The Savage Nation", This is my absolute favorite.

My favorite when I do listen is Art Bell. He is one crazy guy and he plays the funniest things on his show. For those looking for an extremely good laugh go to an mp3 source and download a skit called Joe Vs. The Deer. Its so funny.

I like the TroubleShooter. But of course, that comes on around lunch time so I actualy get to hear it. Most of them I have no clue about.

Sparky,

You are a New Yorker ... How could you leave out Ron and Fez?

I can only take so much of him. His totally hip persona gets a little tiring after a while.

Was it him that Jim Everett Jack-slapped during a TV interview? Knocked Rome on his ass. Seems Everett objected to being called "Chrissie" (a la Chris Evert, the tennis player).

Stern...

But you can't possibly forget the DVE morning crew, and Scott Paulson in the evening...

That was Rome, I think I've only listened to his radio show once and seen his television show on FOX never. He annoys me, but so do all sports talk guys. How many "what if" scenarios and yelling and screaming about one's favorite team can people take?

I commented on a thread like this once, being from Seattle, Leykis was fun to listen to, I used to listen to Mark and Brian, but they got old, and if I was up late enough, Loveline was great to listen to. Haven't heard any good talk radio since I moved a couple of years ago though.

Mike Savage of The Savage Nation,Hes Syndicated out of San Francisco. sometimes funny sometimes rude always entertaining. At least to me.

I like Stern, but I hate it when he becomes whiney. Opie and Anthony are funny, but I'm usually not in my car when they're on.

When I lived in D.C. I liked listening to Stern and the Greaseman on the way to work, but after moving to NYC…Damn subways! I prefer stations out West like KPFA and Salon.com radio. Stern's a blast and he tickles my bone with his antics and mind, but I like to hear left wing radio and get a better depth beyond the hype of the media.

Yeah, that's the ticket and I love his sharpness!

There used to be a guy on morning drive time called Man Cow. Not sure if he is around anymore... he could be such an ass... and he could also make you think.:D

I agree with you here.
glad to see that I'm not the only one who enjoys Mike Savage.

There is a duo named BOB & TOM. Every year they've been growwing in sydication. Some pretty funny shit on there. With awesome tracks like : We are girls who like girls.
They have a web site with there own dictionary terms for the slang they use on the show. :)

Is this a Liberal Board or What?

When asked to list your favorite talk radio show hosts,

Not one of you has the cojones to mention Rush or Boortz, et. al.

Well now, obviously, ahm not afraid! James told me not to bring this up, but I kicked that phawkers ass and I am here to tell you...

It's okay to love your family.

It's okay to love your community, state, and nation.

It's okay to love your god and your values.

It's okay to be conservative.

It's okay to want to invest in America.

And, it's okay to say, "You are what we all escaped from, so shut the fawk up when we do whatever we have to do to make the world a safer place, for our children even if it means kicking your ass in an unfair contest."

I like the John Boy and Billy Big Show. They crack me up!!! :D Bob and Tom are ok...if you can't get anything else on. Also like Howard Stern when I can catch it.

I grew up in Chicago listening to ManCow. He was awesome back in the day before he went national. He is funny he blends liberatrain politics with a wicked sense of humor. He has and underground following around the country but he is the main shock jock out of Chicago. He has a side kick named "turd" they make him do stupid Johnny Knoxville kind of stuff all the time, except he is a fat 300lb Italian from the south side of Chicago. Also he has a traffic guy called "freak" who is this metal head who he has do the traffic for him. And last but not least he has a sports guy they call "AL Roker Jr." who basically hates all white people.

Bob and Tom are great too. They are out of a small radio station in Indiana, nearby where I go to school. They are great, everyone in the state of Indiana knows and listens to Bob and Tom in the morning. There humor is risky, yet clean enough that any one can listen to them. Kind of a PG-13 line, cant expect to much stuff out of Indiana. SPeaking of which, one of my proffesors writes skits for Bob and Tom.
