Summer! It is my favorite time of the year. I love the hot weather.
That's when I get all my friends together over at my house for bbq's, sitting outside on the patio furniture drinking til all hours of the night.........
And, my birthday is in July.

I often say I wish I could sleep from the 4th of July to Labor Day.

I think my favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Easter.

Ahh...i haven't had Juicy Lips for breakfast in a Looong time.

For me, the season would be autumn, especially in Minnesota. The leaves turn the most outrageous colors, the air gets a crisp, winy note.It gets COOL, i love cool.

For a nocturnal person, like myself, the nights begins to get noticeably longer, and the dreaded sun leaves me alone.

Speaking of the dreaded sun...it's creeping over my shoulder dammit!

Why doesn't that thing have a dimmer switch?

I love Fall...crisp air, the bright colours...flannel shirts, apple pie...the smell of smoke from a nearby chimney...

I live in the land of two seasons. It rains ... or it doesn't. Being originally from New England, though I have fond memories of fall... the riot of color from the changing leaves, cool and and crisp after the mosquito infested humid sizzle... and spring... birds and flowers reawakened after the dead of winter...

Spring is wonderful, with the weather warming and the growth and renewal...but I love summer. Less clothing (heeHEE!), warm nights for sitting outside...having a barbecue....just sitting and looking at the stars.....walking along the beach and watching the waves breaking on the shore and the moon reflected in the water...less clothing....all good stuff!
