I'm watching Christopher Walken with his 5th hosting spot playing "The Continental." LMFAO:D

I saw that on Comedy Central tonight- he's great. I'm not sure who my favorite is. I love it when former cast members come back to host the show.

I also liked the one where The Rock hosted. I thought it was really funny.

Damn, there have been so many good one's but agree, Walken is a riot.

I haven't liked this guy in anything since "BeetleJuice," but Alec Balwin is funny as hell on SNL.

When he did Charles Nelson Riley on "Inside the Actor's Studio," I very nearly shat myself.

I'm an old school kinda gal. =)

I swear on my grand mother's ashes that the following actually happened.

Once when I was about 9 years old, my mother was haranguing me about something or another. After listening to her go on and on for about 5 minutes I was ready to submit my retort, which I prefaced with "Mom, you ignorant slut." Only my brother's quit intervention in telling my mother that I had no idea what it meant and had heard it on television the night before save me a beating.

Love Martin but I'm having a brain fart on who Buck Henry is... help?

He wrote the screen play to "The graduate" ... I believe he also created Get Smart ... but I'm not sure. He was a frequent host on the original SNL. He looked like a middle-aged perv wearing a baseball cap

Buck was one of the original writers on the show. He also hosted on occassion. His best known sketches were as the dirty babysitter who had Loraine and Gilda sit on the glass-topped table while he took polaroids of their panties and as the customer who got hit with the sword in the Samauri Bakery sketch.

I love this pic of him:

I guess no one in here has ever heard of "The Graduate" nor "Get Smart."

LOL That too. Sorry, I didn't see your earlier post. I love the Graduate, but I can't hear "Mrs Robinson" without giggling anymore. I had a little crush on a coworker at my last job who was um...well, he was legal. Let's leave it there. I shared that info (bad choice!!) with my two girlfriends at work, so they started singing it at me everytime he'd walk by. *grins*

He was co-creator of Get Smart with Mel Brooks. I love that show. And I  Agent99! <---seemed a likely spot to put that in. *grins*

Sure. Let me see, Dustin Hoffman... I only saw it once YEARS ago.

As far as Get Sma... wait a minute... I have to answer my shoe.

Anyone remember this song ... As sung by Gilda Radner, Loraine Newman and Jane Curtain.

"Chevy, Chevy each time that you fall down each Saturday night on my T.V. Ohhhh Chevy, everytime you take that fall, I wish that you were falling, falling for me."

Nooooo! I don't remember it!! Dammit. lol

Grim, it's a very famous line from The Graduate. =) You need to rent it again.

g'night you two.

oh wait! My other favorite thing ever on SNL was Emily Litella's sketch about "Violins on Television". That was the one where Emily called Jane a bitch. *snickers*

ok, g'night!!

Bill Murray...

His character as "Todd" with Gilda is hysterical. He's like that in real life too, if you ever watched him at the celebrity golf matches.
