Lional Campbell was forced to pay child support for a 3 year old son who died 25 years ago by the corrupt Detroit family court system. Watch the video and you can see the court keep changing its story including the amount he was supposed to owe.

The court never notified of child's death. The father being a bit stupid. If he was not so far into arrears he would have figured out there was an issue. There has been long gaps in his employment which means he was either in jail or on welfare.

He could of notified the court also.

The original arrears was 40k until it was adjusted for the dead child. 40k arrears is a long time to be unemployed.
