They're trying to convince themselves it'll be 'bad hombres' only, but are keen to see trump actually announce exceptions so that their own workforce doesn't get vamoosed. Just like the republicans who vote against abortion but when it comes down to their own 12-year-old they find a new perspective.
They'll either be forced to pay a decent wage to get American citizens to do the dirty work or see their operations fall by the wayside, seeing disruptions to the food-supply chains and prices spiking for the consumer. I suppose it'll be a case of the producers with bigger influence (money) see a slow-walking of any deportations while smaller ones get wiped out. Oh well, it's what they voted for.
