The last thing a businessman wants is to be hauled into court by an employee for any reason like sexual harassment if anything goes wrong. I have heard plenty of employers mourn the fact that they felt it was too dangerous to ask some lady out on a date.

Agreed, if we're going to operate by real world decorum, yes, it would be a poor decision to pursue an inter-office affair, esp once that is based upon a superior/subordinate dichotomy. As most operations have in-house regulations to prevent such events from unfurling, depending on the region/country so does the community at large have laws to prevent advantages being taken so capriciously in work place environments.

Thank you for enlightening the legality aspect of the encounter, as it is always prudent to bear legal recourse in such situations.

I love people sharing fantasies. If I had my way, there would be companies that operated completely on BDSM principle, where some of the employees were subject to be stopped and fucked at any time by any other coworker and the owner of the whole shebang goes home to his mansion and crawls into his cage just inside the door.

I wince when people encourage each other to make even the tamer versions of these fantasies reality.
