We've completed BDSM questionnaires (you can find them online), and we've also devised questionnaires based upon if we go to a swingers club ( we're going to one that caters for exhibitionist, which we are). That one was split into a) which areas of the club we'd use. B) what we'd do in public together c) what we as an individual would do with a stranger d) what we'd be happy with the other doing with a stranger
