Fantasy Full length, horror or sci fi??

HI All new here, looking for full length novels or long short stories so I can get into the story before it ends in either fantasy (think game of thrones) sci fi, and or horror genres. Anyone have any good ones to throw my way? I'm a fan of impregnation and incest some too- well anything is good lol as long as its actually a good story.

Even mainstream novels with explicit hardcore sex in those genres would work...
