However I can't agree with your conclusions. Real rape doesn't require cooperation.

Also, I don't believe a woman would get wet if she were being really stranger raped period. I could be wrong but I don't believe so based on how dry I usually am when I have no interest or even revulsion about having sex or being forced by someone.
