Okay, I have a working idea right now but the setting is borrowed from another author. Am I still allowed to submit a fanfic to get it posted or not? That is basically my question. It is still a work in progress.

If it's a published author or setting, you can publish it under celebrities. I have several trek fanfics that I have published there and tons of people do Harry Potter and such fanfic.

If it's another literotica author, just email them and ask them for permission. If they say no, I'd respect that.
