I read it a while ago, pretty sure it was here but I've been wrong about that before.
The main character is a 20ish guy who is a handyman for his family, all of whom live nearby, they also all live near a beach.
The three scenes that I remember are:
1 Him working on his grandmothers pool and them both realising that they find the oher hot.
2 Him being on the beach with his (female) cousin, her boyfriend, and possibly her boyfriends sister. They start with playing beach volleyball and end paired up in non insestous sex (cousin and boyfriend, Main Character and cousins boyfriends sister) but as a group on the beach.
3 The last one takes place in, if I'm remembering correctly, the second chapter. The MC is at his cousins from the beach house, working on a leaky sink in bathroom. While working the cousin comes in and she at least blows him, possibly fucks him.
I've tried a number of different searches but keep coming up dry.
