I can't imagine what the father had done that he would rather commit public incest, and possibly public rape, rather than let it be known. Then again, the use of the word "audience" here just has me thinking of like, an orchestra hall...

Still, I think this might be a difficult thing to do with blackmail, since there's not really much worse than "incest" for your reputation. I might suggest having threats of violence instead? Or maybe his daughter is kidnapped, and this is the ransom.

I'm fascinated by the idea of "making" an unwilling father have sex with his daughter. In my experience, it is occasionally hard, um, I mean DIFFICULT, to get a WILLING guy to have sex with me in PRIVATE.

Maybe a hypno-blue-pill-induced erectile stupor would work.

I think you would need to assume that the father actually is aroused by his daughter, but is far too proper to let those thoughts get the best of him, until he's got a proverbial gun to his head.
But yeah, you need to find consequences so severe that it would force the father to act against all his feelings of what is right. I sort of like the kidnapping idea, because it has an interesting contrast of the father as protector vs. the father violating that sacred bond.
I'd like to see the kidnappers just playing some crazy head-games with the father, playing on both instincts: knowing he wants to protect his daughter, knowing he also wants to fuck her.

After they kidnap her, they start sending videos of her being fucked by her captors. One of them makes her call him daddy while they're fucking, forces her to confess how much she wants her daddy to fuck her, etc. The father is both horrified and driven wild by what he sees.
At times, there are hints that maybe this is all being staged by his daughter, and at times it seems totally real. He's got no choice but to assume it is real.
They phone him, gives him instructions and he does what they say, but it's clear they're just toying with him. Each time he complies, they send another, more extreme video of the daughter.
Eventually, one of the videos shows the daughter in her bed at home, tied up and being used by a dozen guys. He arrives home to find only the aftermath, his daughter still tied up, blindfolded, bruised, and absolutely soaked in cum.
There's a note on her, demanding that he fuck her daughter right now, or even worse things will follow. He takes off her blindfold, unties her, and shows her the note.
