Hello everyone. I am going to try and start a RP in the Fallout universe. I am having it take place in the Midwest. (North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, ect.) I chose this area so we could make up all of our own story. Influences from the games will be there but nothing will be directly connected.
I plan on having a main town that is centered around the remains of Vault 63. (In cannon there is no history for this vault.) Other than that nothing is really set in stone.
