Premise:
This is similar to the theme of Fallout line, (note: this is a fanplay and because it happens 18 years after Fallout New Vegas, we'll be assuming that the NCR has managed to travel to the other continent) but instead of the United States it will feature the country of Italy.
The year is 2300, and the country of Italy is now known as the Dominion. The Dominion is ruled by a single entity simply known as the "The Emperor", who uses his minions to control the populace. The nuclear fallout from the Great War was negligible but lives were still greatly affected and the ensuing madness which came from the fall of civilization has forced the country of Italy to revert back to its original state, as that of an empire. Tensions are brewing in the Dominion as several influential officers of the Emperor are assassinated plus growing signs of unrest within the population has caused the Emperor to issue a general Martial Law which is enforced by his most bloodthirsty General, Titus Magnemus.
Several months after the proclamation, several hundred citizens stormed the stronghold of the Emperor in an attempt to assassinate their oppressor but ultimately failed, only managing to mortally wound their emperor and thereby causing the General Titus Magnemus to be his reagent.
Meanwhile, the 975th NCR Exploratory Unit landed in the outskirts of former city known as Salerno.
STUFF TO KNOW:
This particular thread while it IS in the Online Role Playing section, will feature rape and etc, particularly to the female writers who wish to be in the 975th NCR Exploratory Unit.
There are three separate parties, namely the 975th NCR Exploratory Unit, Dominion Army, the gladitorial Camp in Salerno (slaves forced to fight for the amusement of the Dominion).
Note to writers: While this thread is very long, it will ONLY focus on Salerno which will affect the Dominion significantly because of the arrival of the NCR)
