Fall Through the Ice

The shy virginal but hot eighteen year old falls through the ice while skating on the pond with friends, and gets soaked. soon she is shivering. They call 911, but it'll be at least a half hour til the ambulance gets there. The dispatcher advises them to keep her warm. They try bundling coats around her but she's still not warm. So they climb into a pile UNDER the coats. By the time the ambulance arrives, she's hot, not warm. The party continues in the back of the ambulance (what gal doesn't go for paramedics).

well, sometimes the alternate is Dad/(step)daughter, but that was sort of implicit in the main idea here, at least as a possibility

Actually...

I love the main idea, (not the wife) but teenager. It could be a mixed couples thing that winds up in a free for all. Although I don't know about the ambulance thing.
How about;
One of the kids lives close by so they all go to his house so she can warm up. When they get there they find a note from the mom saying she had to go to a meeting and won't be back for awhile. The girl takes her wet clothes off and puts on a robe. The robe keeps coming open revealing to everyone the girls assets.
Soon her boyfriend is taking liberties in front of the other couple and before long, everyone jumps in.
