How do I report what I think os a fake account?

I had a DM message from @Single_Monique saying sje was also in UK amd wantkng me to meet up. Her profile saus she is in US. 'She' had only just joined and already commented on several personal posts about meeting others.

I played along and 'she' wants something serious and to continue chatting more private on Signal and telling me to download it

When you click on the person’s profile, there is an option to report the profile.

That said, “fake account” isn’t the appropriate complaint. All accounts here are pseudonymous and people aren’t expected to reveal identifying information or prove who they are. A new account (any account, but especially a new account) directing people to Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zangi or similar - that is a huge issue and a sign that they are likely a scammer, most likely a romance scammer given the nature of this site.
