I wouldn't say the problem was that the person giving the blowjob stopped too early. We don't know this to be true. I've dated a couple of guys who said they couldn't cum from blowjobs, but they wanted to see if they could, and I would be stuck sucking for over an hour. Um, sorry, when I can't feel the lower half of my face anymore, I didn't stop too soon.

If the problem is that his partners are getting tired before he can cum, then he needs to not expect to go from limp to orgasm in a blowjob.
