“ The problem is that storms have not become more “intense” due to climate change. The evidence is actually inconclusive.”

And:

“ “hurricanes and tornados show no changes attributable to human influences” (112), and that “the best we can say is that, if anything, U.S. tornadoes have become more benign as the globe has warmed over the past seventy-five years, and we have no credible method for projecting future changes”

The Democrats and the media are all about openly lying to and defrauding the American people. For four years it was all about lying to Americans about Donald Trump. Now it's about defrauding us on the border, budget scoring, the weather, crime, Joe's health, and inflation.

In the case of Breitbart News, absolutely true.

If Climate change is responsible for the current weather why was the last F5 tornado 8 years ago? Why haven't they been increasing?

Honestly I don't know, though the easiest answer is that whatever the specific conditions are you and I don't understand lacking the relevant education. Its possible that even the climatologists don't understand that specific phenomenon.

If you take a look at the data they seem to come in patterns. You go through a handful of years with none or only one and then you get slammed by a bunch. And it is even plausible that global warming either decreases tornadoe intensity (it seems plasuible) or our data doesn't go far enough back to provide reliable information.

Category five huricanes seem to be happening more frequently if we take a half look at the data.

There is a lot we admittedly don't know. Its not like we've been around for similar patterns before.
