There is an enthusiast for virtually any sex act we can imagine. I have had lots of guys pull out and jerk off on me either because that was our chosen method of birth control or because they get off on it. I think women (myself included) are generally less enthusiastic about cum in the eye than porn portrays it. But then all porn is twaddle if you are looking for realistic portrayals. It is sometimes the exception that proves the rule. But more often on topics such as this the "rule" is simply the strongly held opinion of one individual and/or those with whom they share an echo chamber. It has been my experience (though I won't claim it to be the "rule") that a fairly reliable indicator of such spurious assertions is the degree to which the person making the assertion feels the inclination to attack and insult anybody who doesn't agree.
