Eyes?

Oh I use eyes a lot. Eye contact in any situation can say a lot, especially in a sexual scenario.

Eyes convey a lot of emotions; joy, anger, sadness, confusion, shock, love, longing, arousal etc. etc.

Its especially handy in 1st Person storytelling, because sometimes the only way the Narrator can tell how another character is feeling is through what their eyes are communicating.

From one of my stories (first meeting with MMC)
What was really striking were those eyes. Like he didn’t belong in civilization, but out surviving in the wild somewhere, living on his wits. And there was depth there. I had gotten used to the void behind Mike’s eyes. These were the eyes of a thinker, a philosopher. In another age, I imagine he would be a hermit, living off in the wilderness, convening with his god. I had no idea what he might be doing in my accounting office. Hermits don’t usually need accountants.
In one of my upcoming novels
His head stayed back and she stared back into his eyes, still holding onto each other with one arm. She could see the range of emotions in his eyes. Not just his sorrow for Rania. But his feelings for her. And she felt them for him, too. She could no longer deny it.

I talk about eyes a lot, I think.
