Anyone remember the extreme section that used to exist on the story pages? It disappeared a good 2 years + ago now... anyone know where it went? - I think it used to link to a different website that had some rather extreme stories on it!!

They went away. I don't even think that the stories that ere once there are still there. The main reason they got rid of it, I believe is because the stories were universally poor. A few random stories were quality but those stories tended to be bad.

There are many sites which accept the stories which went into extreme, and stories which were not acceptable even there, but you won't necessarily find them on the Lit links list. Finding them is not difficult, just Google <free erotic stories online> and take your pick.

No no the Extreme section had some legendarily poor stories. More along the lines of the bottom of the Celebrity barrel. They would often be written by really bad authors who were hoping to get readers because it was about a dog. Don't get me wrong there are other bad stories. Personally I think that the Celebrity stories are pretty universally bad though there are exceptions to every rule. And yeah they're are places to find them but whenever I read stories an another site I instantly regret it. Its like here you have to slog through a lot of 3-4 to get to a 8-9 and maybe eve get lucky and find a perfect 10. On other sites you tend to have to slog through a lot of 1's before you get lucky and find a 3-4. Now it might and probably is that I'm loking in all the wrong places but that is my experience.

I wonder if they did get rid of that genre because of the low quality of stories or if it was something else. I mean I continually see people saying how they miss that crappy corner. Hell I miss it and I remember it well enough to know that it sucked so I would imagine that would inspire the powers that be to bring it back.

I heard Lit got rid of it back when Yahoo had a sting on the kiddie porn Clubs and E-groups.

I wouldn't have minded adding quality stories to that category. Hopefully my rape stories won't be denined here...

You have to get pretty violent before they will reject a story. I wouldn't have minded adding some great stuff to that category. Thats why I said there seems to be an intrest in it. If the reason it was eliminated was quality not something else, say money or moral objections to seeing dog and pony shows, then hopefully they will bring it back ond day.

People will tell you that the girl has to enjoy it. This is in no way true. There is a violence cap but its also pretty damn high. Now they will not allow the word rape in the title. Any stories that were about rape have been retroactively renamed Ravished. ::rolls his eyes:: Ravished and Eaten just doesn't have the same power to it.

Oddly enough, when I go to that site, the first few stories I looked at (granted, I was avoiding stuff like "Escaped criminal suprises church going family") were hardly "Extreme" unless "Extreme" means "Forced to have sex in the back of a squad car with two hot ladycops after running a stop sign" (I liked that story, BTW)

I think Lit pulled a lot of the stories when they jettisoned it. Either that or that isn't the original site. I remember a 12 part Xena story that started with her and Gabrielle getting captured and they were systematially broken down. Forced feedings via o-rings. Ass to mouth, canine action about every other chapter. It ended with Xena (who was still not obeying all the time) being flayed alive. Very graphic description.

I also remember a great selection of animal stories. One girl had an incredible story where a girl was raped by three dogs. A lot of the stories had snuff. You're right what is left there is pretty weak as a whole and rarely worthy of the title extreme.
