I'm watching extreme makeover UK, where they take normal people, and give them plastic surgery/dental/personal trainer/hair and wardrobe makeover, all paid for.

So, would you do it? And if so, what would you want done?

Dental. That's about it, I'm pretty happy with the rest of me. Maybe a bit of liposuction.

I'm unsure about being entertainment for the masses even if there was anything I was desperate for some type of cosmetic enhancement. If I did do it, I'd be a crappy episode, as I don't like my teeth and some skin/pore issues that bug me if I'm staring in the mirror for a while, and that's it.

Not sure about the UK one, but the US version always involves a minimum of 5 procedures on any episode I've watched, and there's no way I'd want that much done.

I could take the personal trainer and wouldn't mind a breast reduction but other than that I can't think of anything I'd really want. Oh, you know that's a fib, a bit of a tuck after I'm done with the trainer wouldn't be amiss lol.

I agree that I wouldn't want it on tv ;)

yeah, it is about 5 things they have done.

I would have... ummm boob job to make them higher/firmer (though I'm not sure about that, they're doing it on their own I think). Personal trainer for months and months (the free gym membership would rock). Then I'd need liposuction no doubt. Dental, definately, though they'd have to do fuckloads of proper work as well as veneers. Hmmm thats only 4, I guess I'll have to wait til something else goes wrong!

The comment about the trainer for months and months makes me suspect you're, like me, not your ideal weight, so if you wanted to round it out to 5 then just go for that tuck to get rid of any extra skin when you're done with the trainer and the lipo you wanted. :)

I've saved a few grand for a tit-lift, for after I've finished losing the 70 pounds that I needed to lose when I started this weight-loss journey.

But to be honest I'm pretty sure when I get to my goal weight I'll blow my tit-lift money on an exotic travelling trip.

When I'm 80 and sitting in my rocking chair reminiscing, I'm pretty sure I'd rather be saying "I did this amazing hiking holiday in Peru in 2011" than "My tits were very perky for a while in my 40s".

I heart you so fucking much!

No way. The last thing I want is to be irreversibly "made" into what a TV SHOW thinks is beautiful. I can almost guarantee that I would disagree with their opinion on beauty.

And I'm pretty much against plastic surgery in just about every form. For me, anyway.

I absolutely would do it!

1- Blepharoplasty to correct my monolids
2-Lip augmentation to make them fuller and symmetrical
3- Laser skin resurfacing to correct childhood chickenpox scars
4-Boob job to make them bigger. Preferably much bigger. ^_^
5- Lipo on belly to get rid of the last of my pregnancy weight

And that's just the 5 things, I have a HOST of things I'd like done.

I'd do it if they'd only fix the things I wanted fixed.

1.) Lipo. All over. As many treatments as it takes for me not to be a fatass anymore.

2.) Breast reduction and lift. I think D-cups would be enough for anybody.

3.) Eyebrow lift, so that my forehead's not so prominent.

4.) I'm not sure what it's called, but some sort of surgery to correct the fact that somewhere in the last two or three years, my left eyelid has taken to drooping.

That. I got the bad side of my family's genes with my teeth (plus a lack of care for them for a while in my life).

Possibly laser surgery (if I had the guts to go through with it) so I could stop worrying about my eyes, too.

BiBunny and Satindesire sound like they could do with a bit of trading of chests.

I'm already a D cup. I just love large breasts and have always wanted them to be bigger.

If they did what I wanted them to do...

1. Tummy Tuck, I have a "gunt" from two c-sections and too much food.

2. Nose job.

3. Make my lips a big bigger and sexier

4. fix this one tooth that is chipped, but every time I get it fixed, it breaks, and actually would require a "full mouth restoration" because it breaks from hitting another tooth...

5. boobs lifted some more.
