There's a trick to how much plunger stroke to use. Once you know that, and if you use a lotion or oil, she says it's not uncomfortable and feels uniquely stimulating. When Goddess tested it herself, she sort of dialed in the max and found it to be uncomfortable. I found it quite stimulating. I have also been told not to leave them on for longer than 5 minutes at a time. But I would think that would be up to the individual.

Maybe it was on a thread of yours that we learned about them. I did some experimentation on me just to "dial in" the settings to be sure it was more pleasant than not for Goddess. The first time with a full plunger stroke, (instead of half) and dry nipples (instead of lubricated) snapped me to attention I tell ya.
