They NEVER work. You are what size you are because that's what you are. It's really as simple as that. There is nothing you can do to change that.

I got so worried about the size issue that I signed up and paid my money for 6 different products offering a 3" increase in the length of my cock.

The good news is that I now have a 25" penis. 7" (original length) + 18" (6 x 3" extra growth).

The bad news is every time I get an erection, I pass out from lack of blood in the brain.

Ok, so I am joking, as none of them did anything for the length of my cock, not even a micromillimeter.

So either learn to live with it, or go for the reconstructive surgery for about $15,000 and all they can do with that is to cut the tendons that hold a cock higher, this can give the appearence of a longer cock, but you still only have as much as nature started you off with, and when using it only the same amount fits into your GF.

It is your choice, but the surgery is too extreme for my taste, you may think it worth the money and the pain.

You can have surgery

and add an inch or so but it's dangerous, quite expensive and more than likely completely un-needed. Learn to be a good lover and you don't need a huge dick. Ask any lesbian or bi girl and they'll tell you other women make better lovers than men anway. How big do you figure their dicks are?

The drugs and pills and creams and pumps are ALL COMPLETELY USELESS and those products' ads take advantage of people like you who are a little insecure about your size. Those drugs and pills contain a few herbs that, at best, inhibit full release of blood after an erection so for a while in the flacid state you might appear a bit bigger because there is more blood left in your dick than normal. There is no way (so far) a drug can increase the amount of vaso-congestive tissue you have in your dick. You are genetically predisposed to what you are. Sorry. If there was a pill to dramatically increase your IQ (and it worked) you wouldn't need to be in here asking this question but alas THAT pill doesn't exist either. If it did more guys would go for the bigger dick BS ads anyway.

The only sure way to have a huge dick is kill yourself and try and come back as a rhino.
