My nic was the result of a reconnection with an old friend. Our friendship dissolved years ago because we slept together, and it messed up the friendship. When he found me again on a social network not long ago, he asked me if "we were ever going to talk about the elephant in the room." We have since repaired our friendship, and because he was the one who encouraged me to submit stories here on Lit, it just seemed like a nice tribute to a happy ending. So to speak.

As for the AV, it is sweet, and cute, and totally belies the person writing behind it. ;)

Frizzle Fry is the name of the Primus album I was listening to when I signed up, my AV is an older pic of me when my skin was still pretty clear, I will do a new one when my back is done.
 
my user name comes from a phrase that was used a lot on the opie & anthony radio show years ago, and i always thought it was hilarious so i've used it often

my av is a scene from the movie spaceballs
 
My user name is very unoriginal and was what I used because I never planned to post so didn't really care what it was at the time. Now, after you quit laughing I will tell you.... I have become quite fond of it and so choose to keep it regardless of the fact that, yes, I know-- I am no longer a newbie. ;)

As for the av's I use.. .they are romantic, sexy pics that I come across and like.

I have always liked the word Delicious & will have it on my Vanity Plate one day
And of course Red is my Signature Color so I just threw that in there

My Av's are usually NOT me unless it is of my Face

I find a lot of very Sexy pictures & I like uploading them for Av's, which I tend to change frequently

My mother would not approve if I posted those AV pictures on facebook....:eek:

In "real life" I am pretty quiet and sedate. I am good in emergencies bc I stay calm and logical and I am usually a good listener and I keep people's secrets unless they are harmful to themselves or others. Friends say I have a calming, soothing manner that is comforting, hence Sereneone4u.

However, I have another side that are fiery and passionate and some get to see that too. ;)

My AV's are mostly me and mainly of my face. Once in awhile, I will show a partial shot of my breasts or behind, but mainly my face and really me. I am not an exhibitionist and everyone sees someone's face, so I mainly post those.

My screen name was a suggested name by a friend of mine... his hobby is numerology... he felt like my actual name was the reason behind the tragedies and trials of my life... so he came up with a different name for me using the same first initial and based on other info like my birthday... he honestly thought that if he could come up with a name that I liked & showed me how his new name for me would be more fortunate that I would go through the process of a legal name change... I did not ask him to this, I didn't even ask for his input... and, he apparently spent several days working with various names & variations of spelling and such... he was highly offended when I explained to him that I had no intention of changing my name & that I liked my name

However, to honor his effort, I made it into an email name and then a screen name for Lit as well as places with online games

My av is a plus-sized model... a man-friend saw it when he was considering buying me some stockings... he thought this model looked alot like me & sent me an email with a link to her... from there, I picked it up & cropped it to make my av... then because people were asking me about what her face looked like, I used the full picture as my profile pic

I changed it a couple of times, but nothing else felt right to me... so I haven't changed it in a long while
 
It's pretty simple.... I'm horny A LOT....hence the name O SO WET (cuz when I'm horny...I am) :p

sn is simple the month that i was born in just substituted the i for a y do that with all my sn.

as for the av ...spiders creep me out but this one i thought was pretty kewl looking
 
My screen name was something someone called me once. I also called my kids "little lovedoves" when they were small. I know real original. But it's a mom thing. :rolleyes:

As for the avi. ..........(many have PM'd me and asked) but no that is not me. A close resemblance but not me. Just a picture I googled online. :eek: Maybe one day I'll put something up that is at least a part of me. Which part remains to be seen. :D
 
My name..well I'm a guy and I'm horny a lot so hence the name Horny247. My av's are always me and it's about time I change it. :)

Corbal derives from my real name, Courtney.
I have three brothers and am child #3. Needless to say, I got jacked with a lot. So, as a kid, I was Tennis-Courtney, Courtney on the Cob, Order in the Courtney....(they are the reason I have the sense of humor you all see). At some point, around 7ish, my oldest brother started calling me Cordabin.....Cor-duh-ben....which somehow turned to Cordabinswally. Many years later, I was rarely called Courtney, but all of my 'other' names. At some point in my late teens, we all got tired of saying Cordabinswallowmehole.....and shortened it to Corbal. I'm often called Corby, Corbs and Corn....why my parents named me is now beyond me.

My Av's, sig lines and profile pics have been and always will be me. I'm not timid to show my face and am in no way knocking those who are not comfortable doing so. Anyone and everyone who knows me in r/l wouldn't be shocked at the things I say or do on here (many of them know about Lit as well) because the person you see here is the real me. :)


Great thread Mrs H. I get this question quite a bit and will happily humor anyone willing to read.
 
I like the word Twilight, a long time before the movies, I also like the evening, or twilight time of the day. I embrace it...and everyone could use an embrace now and again.

Av's are ones that I like, that I consider appealing and usually sensual. I've never put one up of myself.
 
My user name, DayMaker, actually came from my old job - I used to tell my employees to think of themselves as "Day Makers" and used that to guide their attitudes toward their job and our clients. It was never intended as something dirty. I'm really not that creative when it comes to user names, so it just kinda popped into my head when I signed up. I think it kinda works here though.

My AV, currently, is me. It's a pic that a friend of mine really liked, and I already had it sized. ;) My other black & white AV will probably be back soon, but is not me. Some other Lit members helped me pick it out, and thought it represented "me" and my personality.
 
The screen name is a pet name that was chosen for me :D

The av I chose because she has my "essence" and I love vintage pin up girl art.
 
My screen name? I think I was eating a candy cane when I created it. Not to mention, I like the taste of peppermint. :D The numbers were just randomly added at the end for the hell of it.

My AV is of a city floating inside of a fishbowl. I just thought it was pretty neat, more than anything.
 
Well my nick name is a play off my real name. I am named after an outlaw. And well the long haired part is just me. Plus I kind of stole the whole little long haired outlaw part from an old Chris LeDoux song.

Now the AV has changed over the years. The profile picture is always me but the Av changes. The current one comes from another one of my nick names. When I started chatting growing up I wanted a cool screen name. Well I had the nick name broken angel for years but I learned fast that as soon as you put angel in your name every one thinks you are female. And last time I checked I was not *checks again* yup, still male.

So I was sitting there with a song stuck in my head called psycho chicken. It was a song about a chicken wanting to get revenge on Col. Sanders for what he has done to chicken kind. So joking I used it and it stuck. My friends back home still call me chicken to this day. So that's why the chicken is my AV.
 
When I joined Lit I had run into a guy I used to work with who had retired a year before. I hadn't seen him since before he retired. He always called me kiddo and when I came up with my name on here it just popped in my head............in some ways the AV's are me.....lol
