yes it's possible, but you have to constantly check to be sure that it stays on completely. hopefully once sexual activity has started, a penis will become fully erect, and then you don't have to worry about it.

ohhh i didn't realize you were talking about after. you can continue afterward, with the same condom, for a bit (maybe 15 min max), as long as you keep things kinda slow and gentle. if you are going for vigorous action, the condom will very likely slip off.
