I do have a tremendous recipe for the chicken that I would be willing to share. It got rave reviews. I would suggest that it be served with a nice caesar salad only, instead of the salad and pasta. All together it was just too much and too rich.

Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc 1999 (South Africa)
Combrasso Chianti (forget the year, Italy)

Bottle of Chardonay as well, but it was awful. All four were very reasonably priced as well.
