I actually design the electronics & motor drives for some new fucking machines that do stroke length and speed patterns, not just in and out (I won't name the brand, since I don't want to risk breaking any rules about advertising).

Since I do a lot of my own testing, I have had a bit of experience (and I'm pan, so it's my butt too For anal, missionary can be really hard for one person to set up! Doggy is pretty easy, but standing is the easiest that I have found. Just back up on it and settle down. Vag is generally easier for all positions, since the angles are better. This all for solo use, with a partner, it's all easy.

A fucking machine is also the absolute best anal trainer! Start with a moderate dildo, lube up everything, and use twice as much as you think you need, start it going fairly fast (80 - 100 strokes/min, or even faster), you want it 'poking.' BUT! With a very short stroke length, 3/4" to an inch. Just back up to it and let it bounce against your rosebud, keep pressing back on it as it works in, if it starts to hurt, ease up. Once it is past your ring, then slow it down and lengthen the stroke to your pleasure!
