Speaking for myself... It is realy kind of a pleasure/paine kind of thing. The pain was unbelievable, it literaly sent me into convulsions, but the endorphin rush was truely savory, it was simultaniously the hardest and most fulfilling modification I have undergone. Of course it realy added to the experience that I have a huge crush on our piercer It was a very sensual experience to have him so tenderly handle my phalis but then push a needle through it in such a way as to enhance that part of me.
