the tattoo appointment, turned into a consultation. and i'm getting the tatt for practically nothing. a mere 150.00 on the fifth. tis such a beautiful design and will be so colorful and detailed. i'm so excited. i wish i didn't have to wait for it.

hehe, thanks. when i got there i didn't feel like a customer, i felt like an old friend. i was treated like an old friend. twas great. plus i got an amazing deal on the tattoo. i've been in and out of that shop for four years, lol, i feel like a part of it. those moody artsy types, take al ittle while to warm up i guess. i'm kind of one of those too. i'm al ittle disappointed i have to wait, but it will al be done in one session and i'll have a beautiful tatt.

i was thinking a bright almost kind of mauvey pink for the blossoms. of course they'll have the different shades and white in to make them look as photorealistic as possible. i dont' want a hot fuscha pink, but a pretty purpley pink.

I love those types of colors
that's the colors that were supposed to be used to fill in the circle on my back..but that was not done..(stupid asshole artist..grrr )
ah well...it will get covered up...someday

i'm hoping they don't come out too pinkish. i dont' mind pink, but some shades are annoying. when my wings were first done, he miscalculated the colors, he had only been tattooig for about a year by then. when he touched them up he fixed the colors. he's amazing. some of those old school ones really lack any difference from each other. i was talking with teh tattoo artist yesterday and he was complaining a little bit about tryilng to make all the same butterfly's look different when he touches them up all the time. he's moving to a new shop which will be exclusive to the people who are doing extensive, and unique work. he's got such a base all over colorado, (especially denver), that he won't have any trouble staying open. i bet he'll have some beautiful work coming out. when he does my arms i think i'll wnat to do it when he's in teh new place. hehe.

The skinny dipping brought back a fomd memory...there is a small lake just outside of town...we went there one evening for some skinny dipping,..then we just got back in the car and drove up "main street' bare assed nekkid...parked in front of the house..got out of the car and walked to the house as if it was normal....I wonder what the neighbors thot...they don't miss much!!

we went through Denver..and we stayed in Frisco and we went to Vail for a concert. the drive from Vail back to Frisco at night was atrocious...just horrible!

It was nice being in Frisco and being surrounded by these mountains....huge mountains that we are not use to seeing. But it is just too damn cold there! I gotta have 70-100 degree weather...heheh

yeah..I'm sure I'll find an artist eventually that I like and trust. hubby has promised that we can at least go look around and see if I find someone I like...and get an idea of what my ideas for tats will cost.

oh, believe me...I didn't mind having you in my thoughts one bit

i'm sure you will find an artist for you. tattoos can get pretty expensive, but they are very worth the effort. i'm so anxious for you. the thing about tattoos is that they are permannet, so you dont' really get a time limit with them. so it doesn't hurt as much to have to wait for them.
