Exercising your sub- A sub asks the Dom/mes

Do you require an exercise regimine from your submissive? If so, do you incorporate it into play in some way? How rigorous is it?

If not, why not, and have you considered doing so?

(My own Master expects me to spend between 30 & 60 minutes a day dedicated to some form of workout, although he doesn't punish when the day is too busy to fit it into the schedule- I admit, I wish that he would, but I work hard at it none the less, because I want to look and feel fit in order to please him. He does not incorporate this into our "play", and leaves it's pursuit entirely in my hands.)
 
While a sub, I would relish in the thought of someone controlling exercise in my daily life. I am so lax when it comes to exercise. If Sir would give me a regimen, I would certainly do it.
 
I submit a list of exercise activies, as well as food eaten, daily. My Master makes changes for subsequent days as he sees fit.

So far, it has worked very well.
 
My Master has strongly encouraged me to work out for my health and for increased sexual pleasure. If you're fit and feeling good, then sex can be even better. And I have to admit that working out to look better for my Master is a great incentive. It keeps me active and watching what I eat.
 
The short answer

I do set a daily workout regiment for my petlings (or ex pets as the case is now). Since I work out 5 days a week and eat no red meat and very little pork, I feel (felt) that a healthy regiment stops alot of physical ailments from happening.

My pets had a 5 day a week program as well as a certain water and gatorade intake requirement daily. They have both since fallen off from the workouts (since our parting) and their bodies are starting to show it.

So yes, I believe in setting up and maintaining a healthy diet and exercise program for any submissives in my care. I do it for me, why would I expect any less from them?

Would you consider His control level of you to be on the level of micro-management in general? Do you feel good/bad/indifferent to the health & fitness aspects of his control?
