I can't run...bad knees. So I take walks in the evenings with ankle weights on to help. I do upperbody work with weights and I do some crunches and push-ups. I am not very disciplined about how many or how long, I just go until I start to feel the burn, then I push myself a little extra.
22 years in the army. Enjoying some slack time now after being told when, where and for how long (exercising that is, not the obvious).
