Exercise Programs?

I have a two and four year old...

I run after them until I collapse in a heap and they stand giggling over me....
 
im pretty active through sports (havent been this week) ive never tried doing excercise as such im kinda fit though :)
 
I run 3 - 5 miles a day, 2 - 4 days a week, and 5 - 8 miles once a week

I also lift fot 90 minutes a day, three days a week.

On off days I swim or bike for and hour or two
 
I respond to threads, answer the phone and check email. All at the same time. Sometimes I throw in feeding the fish for extra exercise.

Should I make a video of this? Make alot of money. nevermind. That would mean I had to do it wearing spandex. Ain't happening.
 
I go to Curves 4 days a week. I feel like crap if I skip a day. :)
 
martial arts

twice a week, 2 hours each time

plus i walk non-stop at work!

one word ......... SURFBOARD

i used to run 4 nights a week... 3 miles

lately i've been doin some crunches on the floor along with some push-ups... and i recently got a bodybar to use as well
